One of the characteristics of “Victory” is an integrated production system. They process all the processes from wood frame processing, fabric processing, assembly, shipping, including processing of cotton, urethane and feathers packed in beds and sofas.
And another feature is a fully custom made small volume production.
They are constantly holding 300 to 500 kinds of textile raw materials, can obtain cloth samples from major fabric manufacturers, and can also process the wood frame in their company.

“Victory”, which is actively involved in IT-based work, introduces state-of-the-art equipment and automates cutting and sewing processes.
They are also developing original sewing machines that fit their products.
In addition, it utilizes IT technology for production control, and by incorporating a system that precisely manages inventory of enormous fabrics and wooden frames, so that dead stock is surely reduced.

With the introduction of high-performance machines, everyone can work accurately and speedily, and staffs in their 20s to 30s are active in the company.
